Adelaide Scholarships International (ASI) 2014



The University of Adelaide offers Adelaide Scholarships International (ASI) to attract high quality overseas post graduate students to areas of research strength in the University of Adelaide to
support its research effort.

Any Masters degree by Research or Doctoral Research Degree offered at the University

The scholarships includes course tuition fees, annual living allowance ($25,392 in 2014), and health insurance (if award holder holds a subclass 574 visa).

The scholarship covers a period of two years for a Masters degree by Research and three years for a Doctoral research degree.

Applicants should hold at least the equivalent of an Australian First Class Honours degree (this is a four year degree with a major research project in
the final year) and must enroll in the University of Adelaide as ‘international students’ and must maintain ‘international student’ status for the
duration of their enrolment in the University.

Applications for these scholarships are always highly competitive. Generally ASI recipients have completed a Masters degree including a significant research component and have several publications and relevant work and
research experience.

To apply, you must submit a formal application for Admission and a Scholarship via the online application system. You can apply for a Adelaide
Scholarships International in one of the four scholarship rounds. The deadline for Round 4 applications round is 31 May 2014.
