The University is currently accepting applications from prospective International Students with option for scholarship considerations based on merit. The application is open till 31st January, 2018 for entry in September 2018.

Departmental scholarships are offered for the first year of the Ph.D. program. After their first year, scholarship recipients are required to contribute to the teaching obligations of the Department (such as teaching exercise classes, supervising BA and MA theses, etc.).

The ZurichGSE typically admits between 12 and 15 students each year, offering most of the positions as teaching assistantships. In addition, the ZurichGSE will award several full scholarships.

The UBS Center Scholarships are awarded to candidates solely on the grounds of outstanding academic merit, and continuing tenure will be subject to satisfactory completion of course work.
