My name is Mohamed Elmoctar I from Mali and more precisely from Timbuktu the sixth region of the country at north.
First, I would like to tell you from my heart that I am really interested in your scholarship then to thank you in advance for the good opportunity that you give to people who cannot offer themselves the chance to go abroad and benefit from quality studies that they could not have at home thank you.
so, I am in Timbuktu where we are living an unprecedented crisis due to the war and terrorism. studying here is not easy and almost impossible because even the teacher who must teach students are touched by the crisis. students who have rich family are sent in Bamako the capital city. but poor are left to their fate. this is my situation.
By the way I am not very fluent in English my apologizes !
this little bit easy English I know, I owe it to a Chanel called “English club TV ” ( I know I have to learn much more again )
so, if could have the opportunity to go to the UK, it will be a great pleasure for me. once there I would like to perfect my English language in order to become one day an English Teacher and come back at home to teach it to my brothers and sisters Africans.
