Westminster Vice-Chancellor’s Masters Scholarships 2016/17



Westminster Vice-Chancellor’s Masters Scholarships covers full tuition fee waivers, house accommodation, flight ticket and living expenses.

The University of Westminster is inviting students of developing countries to apply for the Vice-Chancellor’s Masters degree Scholarship. This Prominent scholarship is fully funded and aimed at supporting a student of developing country in pursuing a masters degree programme at the university of Westminster in UK.

The University of Westminster is a public international Universities located in the heart of London, United Kingdom. The objective of the University is to foster creativity and innovation in a brilliant learning environment with focus on significant areas that will positively impact on the society and world at large. It is a dynamic and diverse international institution with a wide range of students from different cultural backgrounds. Westminster is also a member of the European University Association, EFMD, Association of Commonwealth Universities and the association of MBAs.

Scholarship can be received at UK and to apply for this award, applicants must first obtain an offer to study full time masters degree programme and must be an international student from a developing country. Applicants must hold a degree that is equivalent to a UK First class honours.

Applicants must take the Required English language Test for international students (IELTS). Other required supporting materials include;

-Copy of applicants Transcripts

-A copy of email/letter confirming offer of a place from the University of Westminster.

-An Academic reference letter relating to applicants chosen course.

All applications and required documents can be submitted by post.International applicants can apply for a postgraduate programme at Westminster by:

Applying online through UK Pass or apply via the overseas representatives.

This postgraduate application has no official deadline, but we advice applicants interested in this scholarship to apply early (by October for January start and April for September start).

Applicants applying via UK Pass, should please ensure to include scanned copies of the following documents:

-Applicants CV/Resumé

-A copy of applicants results transcript from your previous degree (translated into English)

-A copy of English language qualification

-Applicants statement of purpose that explains:

1. Any relevant skills and experience that you have

2. Your career plans

3. Why you are interested in the course(s)

4. Why you would like to study at the University of Westminster

-Two academic references (letters of recommendation)
